We will be offering two workshops in English on the important topic of sleep and kids. The first workshop, tailored for children aged 4 to 12 months, will take place on Tuesday, April 23rd. The second workshop, for children aged 12 months and toddlers, will be held on April 25th. The session will run from 18:30 to 19:30. 

Certified sleep consultant Lauren will discuss the importance of implementing sleep foundations for your family and how to successfully set up healthy sleep hygiene for your baby and toddler. She will also answer your questions to help guide you to better naps and night sleep.
